Terms and conditions

1. Services Provided

• 1.1 The Coach offers a set of life coaching sessions - Coaching Programmes, designed to support the Client in personal development, goal setting, decision-making, and other areas that fall within the scope of coaching competence.
• 1.2 The Coaching Programmes are created and sold as whole packages and cannot be altered or partially completed in any way. There is a minimum term of 2 months for 1-1 Coaching Programmes. You must use all of your 1:1 sessions before the end of your coaching terms. Any unused sessions will expire at the end of the given term.
• 1.3 The coaching services offered by the Coach are not medical advice and must not be used in lieu of any psychiatric or psychological treatment, or counselling or therapy the client may be receiving from a health care professional. Coaching does not replace health care professional's advice. The coaching services offered are not a form of therapy or psychological counselling and are not intended to treat any mental health issues.
• 1.4 Coaching sessions may be delivered online or face to face or a mixture of all two. Unless expressly agreed by Coach, coaching is done online via Google Meet or another similar program.
• 1.5 Coaching results are not guaranteed and can vary person to person. The client enters into coaching with the full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results.
• 1.6 All Coaching Sessions are scheduled in advance by direct agreement between client and Coach.

2. Payment and Refund

• 2.1 The Client agrees to pay the coaching fees in full at least 48 hours in advance or as agreed upon with the Coach.
• 2.2 Payment can be made via credit card or debit card and processed by Stripe, direct banking transfer or any other payment method accepted by the Coach. Details regarding payment methods will be provided by the Coach.
• 2.3 Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of coaching services.
• 2.4 If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled Coaching Session you are fully responsible for informing your Coach and arranging an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the session will be deemed forfeit. You are responsible for rescheduling via phone or contact (and receive reply) via email.
• 2.5 No refunds, credits or transfers are available for no-shows
• 2.6 The Client is also entitled to a full refund of prepayment for the Coaching Program, if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled first session of the Coaching Program. No refund available for the Coaching Program after the first session.

• 2.7 All notices of cancellation must be in writing and delivered by email to info@annaturanska.com. A cancellation notice will be deemed on the date on which the cancellation is received by us.

• 2.8 If, for any reason, the Coach determines that it is not possible to continue delivering some or all of the coaching services included in the Client's package (excluding cases where the Client has missed a session), the Coach reserves the right to terminate this agreement by providing written notice to the Client, without the obligation to provide a specific reason. In such cases, the Coach will issue a refund for any unused portion of the fees, either based on the remaining term of the agreement or the services already provided, at the Coach's discretion.
• 2.9 Refunds, in accordance with these terms, will be processed within 14 banking days upon receipt of a written request from the Client. The request must include the Client's banking details for the refund and should be sent to the Coach via email.

3. Coaching sessions

• 3.1 The length of a single coaching session is 50 minutes.
• 3.2 The length of a Coaching program is 6, 12 or 16 coaching sessions spread over a maximum of 6 months.
• 3.3 If the Coach says or does anything in a session that the client doesn't feel comfortable with, or if the client has any concern with the way the coaching is conducted, please let the coach know as soon as possible.
• 3.4 For online sessions, the Client is responsible for having a personal computer or mobile device with Internet access, equipped with headphones and a microphone, and with all necessary software installed to receive the services.
• 3.5 The Coach reserves the right to refuse the provision of services without refund if the Client breaches these Terms and Conditions and/or:
• - is under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
• - engages in inappropriate behaviour or disrupts public order.

4. Confidentiality

• 4.1 All information shared by the Client will be treated as strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is risk of harm to the Coach, Client or others. The Coach may keep brief, secure session notes for professional use.
• 4.2 The coach has the right to use information about the client to complete an application form for renewing the coach's certification with ICF, in which the coach may include: name, contact information, and the total number of coaching hours.
• 4.3 The Coach has the right to breach confidentiality if the information received threatens the life of the client or others, as well as in cases provided by law.

5. Limited liability and indemnity

6. Intellectual Property

• 6.1 All intellectual property rights in Coaching programs or sessions remain Coach's property. Access to any of Coach courses, classes and coaching does not give you any ownership rights to those program materials or any other program material.
• 6.2 You are only allowed to use the coaching materials for your own personal use. You must not share, distribute or resell, in part or in full, those materials without my prior written permission. You are prohibited from using Coach's materials to develop your own program or training for sale or giving away to others.
