About me

My name is Anna. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and I am a certified coach. Also I am currently undergoing advanced clinical training in psychotherapy. My professional path is dedicated to supporting individuals through times of transition, loss, existential crises, and personal transformation.

In my work, I combine psychological depth of Transactional analysis with the structured clarity of coaching. I help people see themselves from a new perspective, recognise hidden inner resources, let go of outdated patterns, and move toward a more conscious and meaningful life. What matters to me is not just the outcome, but ensuring that the journey itself feels safe, human, and enriching.

Psychology has fascinated me since adolescence — I’ve always been curious about how the human mind works and how we can influence its processes. Going through my own life challenges, I was driven to understand cause-and-effect patterns in order to take ownership of my life. My pursuit of justice initially led me to a legal career, where I witnessed firsthand how deeply psychological issues can shape people’s lives. That is why today, my focus is on improving people’s quality of life and overall well-being, so everyone can achieve success and enjoy their lives in full.

I am also actively involved in social and volunteer projects and am a co-founder of the Ukrainian Community Foundation of Malta.
